Active members can request clinic support (legal advice, practical guidance and referrals), assessed against scope and capacity. Membership does not include unlimited legal services, therapy or all paid courses. Any separate charge for ongoing casework, court support (such as McKenzie Friend support) or workplace representation is explained and agreed with you before anything is booked.
